My name is Libor Martinek and design is my destiny. Firstly, I graduated from it, during my studies I won the prestigious award "Excellent Design 1993", which was awarded by the Czech Design Center, so I live it in my work every day.

My practice took me through several interesting stages. I first started in the field of interior and related product design, and after a while I expanded my work to the field of architectural design, because if I can influence the architecture of the house, the design is in great harmony and I enjoy my clients.

Thanks to the focus on the whole, I won the Construction of the Year 2003 award of the Pardubice Region for the design of the administrative building for firefighters.

I am currently working on architecture and design in all its breadth, but I am happy for any challenge in all areas of design and architecture.

Currently, I am very interested and design buildings with interiors in the field of social services.

I create and live in Prague in the Czech Republic as well as in Zurich, Switzerland, because part of my family lived here.
